I loved chatting with Luca Veste and Steve Cavanagh for their brilliant podcast which you can listen to for free over at iTunes here. I natter on about writing homoerotic stories when I was ten, dodging active service with the Royal Navy, how likely it is that Mick Herron is an actual spy and, of course, how Snake Plissken helped me to a First Class Honours degree.

Marnie Rome is now an omnibus!
Dear readers, it's Amazon's best-kept secret, but there's a UK omnibus edition e-book of my first two books, and it's really rather ludicrously cheap. You won't find it by searching under my name, but here's a link. Do share!

Come and Find Me is published today!
Come and Find Me, my fifth book, is set free after weeks and months in torturous captivity. If you see a copy in the wild do snap it (not literally, that would be book abuse) and share it. You can of course buy it online and as an ebook.
If you can make it to Toppings in Bath for 8pm tonight there will be wine and whatnot, and me and Alison Graham being witty and possibly wise. I'd love the chance to thank some of you in person for putting up with me in the lead up to this, and for all your unstinting support the rest of the time.
If you can't make it Toppings but would like a signed copy, then do ask Toppings who will be able to help.

Excited to be working with this new books app project which allows you to read my latest Marnie Rome book in instalments on your phone or via the web for free and before it's published on 22 March. There are still some free spots available so do sign up. I'll be reading along with you, and answering questions about the story as we go. It should be fun!

Quieter Than Killing one of Lovereading's Books of the Year
I'm tickled pink to find Quieter Than Killing on this tremendous list which includes many of my personal favourites. Do take a look if you're in need of new book inspiration.
I forgot I was meant to be reviewing, and just read. The words wormed their way inside my mind, creating uncomfortable spaces. At times there were parts that almost physically hurt, yet I couldn’t stop reading. This is cracking, tension-filled, compelling writing, and my mind is still chitter chattering to itself as I think back over the story.Read the full review here.
