Well done, Sarah. UK crime writing is very strong now and so it's very competitive as evidenced by the list.
I remember buying early(ish) Rebus novels in the 90s and - judging by the public reaction and increasing shelf space - crime fiction has grown exponentially since. Looking forward to reading Marnie Rome 2!
